![]() Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the lollipops from the fridge and then carefully remove from the molds. Immediately remove the saucepan from the heat. Continue cooking until the mixture reaches 300 degrees F (hard-crack stage). Combine the sugar, water, and corn syrup in a large, heavy saucepan. Place the chocolate lollipops in the fridge for 30+ minutes to allow the chocolate to harden. Directions Coat lollipop molds lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Use a meat mallet to crack the candy into pieces. Allow the mixture to cool completely (this will take about 30 minutes). Make sure you don’t have a super thick layer or it will be hard to crack apart. Immediately pour the hot sugar on the prepared pan. Rotate each lollipop stick 360 degrees to ensure it is completely submerged in the chocolate. Remove the sugar from the heat and stir in the flavored oil. ![]() Carefully fill each lollipop mold with melted chocolate then place a lollipop stick in each mold. Add 6oz chocolate chips to a microwave safe glass dish and microwave until melted, stirring the chocolate chips every 30 seconds to avoid burning the chocolate.
